One partner from strategy to operations — without losing the thread
We build web, app and systems that actually hold together with everyday work after launch. Integration, automation, data, security and operations — gathered with one team that takes responsibility.
How to choose the right starting point
IT operations & support
Someone in management or the team has to act as internal support when systems stop.
Automation
The team spends the same minutes on the same administrative steps every day or week.
System integration
The same customer, order or inventory data is entered several times in different systems.
Choose the first project by what costs you the most
If you need a new digital surface, start with strategy, design and web development. If the problem is that work keeps getting interrupted, start with operations and ownership. If the same routine is repeated by hand, start with automation. If information gets stuck between Shopify, Fortnox, Visma, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or an older system, start with integration.
IT operations & support
No one should have to troubleshoot in a panic
We take responsibility for the operational layer: network, Microsoft 365, backup, website, POS, booking and vendor dialogue. Fewer situations where someone in the business has to troubleshoot under pressure.
Common signals
- Someone in management or the team has to act as internal support when systems stop.
- Small issues in network, computers or Microsoft 365 keep returning with no one owning the whole picture.
- Backup, documentation and updates exist, but no one fully trusts they will hold when it matters.
Particularly good for: Companies without their own IT staff: restaurants, clinics, offices, stores and other businesses that need reliable IT without hiring.
Typical first assignments
- Proactive server monitoring and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and support via chat, email and phone
- Network configuration and security
- Backup solutions and recovery
- IT inventory and documentation
- Updates and patch management

Automation
Drop the daily manual handling
We start with a flow that already costs time: invoices between inbox and Fortnox, customer data into CRM, onboarding checklists, weekly reports. Then we build rules, logging and human review where it is needed.
Common signals
- The team spends the same minutes on the same administrative steps every day or week.
- Errors happen when information is moved between email, spreadsheets and business systems by hand.
- There are clear routines, but they still depend on the right person remembering the next step.
Particularly good for: Agencies, consultancies, ecommerce businesses and other companies with repetitive administrative processes that eat time every day.
Typical first assignments
- AI-driven invoice handling — automatic capture, approval and bookkeeping
- Trigger-based email campaigns connected to your CRM
- Onboarding automation for new employees
- Automatic reports and key metrics every week
- Connection to existing tools (Slack, Teams, Google Workspace)
- Tailored automations for your unique processes

System integration
Data moves itself
We connect business systems, web shop, inventory, CRM, POS and support — so orders, customer data and stock status stop being carried by hand between tabs.
Common signals
- The same customer, order or inventory data is entered several times in different systems.
- The next team has to wait for someone to move the information forward manually.
- Customers notice the friction through wrong status, late responses or an unclear stock picture.
Particularly good for: Ecommerce businesses with multiple sales channels, wholesalers and companies using 3+ systems that need to talk to each other.
Typical first assignments
- API integrations between ERP, web shop, CRM, inventory and accounting
- Real-time inventory sync across multiple sales channels
- Automatic order handling and shipping booking
- Data migration between old and new systems
- Custom connections via REST and GraphQL APIs
- Documentation and handover
